Centerstage Children's Theater has a been dream of Tanya's since her own childhood when she began performing shows. At Centerstage Tanya wears many hats from director, choreographer, designer and sound and lightning technician. Through her shows she mentors the older students in all of these skills as well helping them grow and develop their own love and passions for all things theater related.

Jessie is over the moon excited to be directing! Jessie's love and involvement in musical theater began as a teenager and soon grew to be a shared interest with her son. As a quiet, shy child she found her voice and confidence in theater. Her favorite part about working with the children is watching them grow in their self confidence from the start of auditions through the last show time. Her favorite musical productions are Wicked, Annie, and Grease.

Abigail is so excited to help co-direct this year’s production! She is 16 years old and has been involved in musical theater for the past 6 years. She loves getting to help bring the show to life by working with the cast and putting the production together. Theater has given her so many amazing memories, and she’s excited to help create the same experience for this cast.

Lizzie has been in theater for since 2016. Some of her favorite roles include Annie in Annie Jr and Ariel in the Little Mermaid jr. Her favorite shows are Tuck Everlasting and Newsies. She loves all aspects of theater, but the community is the best part in her opinion. She loves working with kids, especially young actors and actresses! She looks forward to seeing them grow into their roles. While Lizzie loves acting and directing, she also taking on set design.

Jen’s first experience with theater was four years ago when she joined an Annie family cast with her son, who was also a theater newbie. Since then, their love for theater has only grown. Every spring season since, Jen has either performed in a family cast with her son or volunteered with his cast.
Jen’s favorite part of theater is seeing it all come together; seeing how proud the kids are that they worked hard to make it all happen.
Jen’s passion is working with kids and she also runs an in-home preschool. She has been fortunate enough to get to work with some of her old preschoolers in the theater setting.

Keira is very excited to be working as a co-director here at Centerstage. She is 18 years old and has been involved in theater pretty much her whole life. Her favorite show is Hadestown and her favorite role she has played is Veruca Salt. Outside of Centerstage, Keira is studying elementary and special education at the University of Minnesota and working at an elementary school, as working with kids is a huge passion of hers. Keira also loves reading, drawing, playing music, and really anything creative.

Darci is thrilled to be joining the Centerstage team. She is a theater veteran of over 30 years, performing in countless productions. Two of her favorite roles have been Kim McAfee in Bye Bye Birdie and the Dowager Empress in Anastasia. When she's not in the theater, you can find her volunteering at her kids' school or singing in the Northern Lights Chorale. Darci looks forward to helping the kids develop their confidence, teamwork, problem solving skills, and sense of community.

Kristyn- she's the girl you'll find rocking out in the car, in the kitchen, and in the garden embarrassing her children with her crazy singing. With over 25 years of musical experience, a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Crown College, and co-leading a children's choir for the past 7 years at a local church, music is a huge part of her life. She can't wait to start training and coaching all the beautiful voices at Centerstage!
Kristyn's favorite musicals are Singing in the Rain, Phantom of the Opera, and My Fair Lady. In her free time she enjoys cooking, gardening, and playing board games with her family. A favorite treat: Popcorn
Brittany is excited to be the vocal coach, and is really looking forward to working with the amazing Centerstage actors and actresses! Beginning with singing at church with her dad through performing in European Cathedrals with the Crown College Chamber Choir, she has always had a love for music and singing. Her favorite aspect of vocal coaching is seeing the students succeed in the artistry of singing and portraying their character roles. Brittany’s favorite musical productions are Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Oklahoma, and White Christmas. In her spare time, she loves homesteading, homeschooling, traveling the world, and, most of all, being with her family.
Terri’s connection to Centerstage began as a proud parent volunteer cheering on her daughter—an experience that naturally evolved into her role as Head of House, camera operator, and lighting technician.
Her lifelong love of the musical arts inspired her daughter, bringing them both to the Centerstage family. Beyond her staff duties, Terri cherished watching her daughter build confidence on stage and form lasting friendships with her casts.
Today, her favorite part of the job is seeing young actors blossom and connecting with Centerstage families. Her all-time favorite musicals are Phantom of the Opera and Wicked, while Moana and Beauty and the Beast share the top spot for her favorite Centerstage productions.

A helper at heart, Shane loves being part of the Centerstage Theater family. As his love for the theater and community has grown, he’s found a special joy in giving back by helping with younger casts—while STILL performing in casts of his own!
One of Shane’s favorite parts of theater is the amazing friends he makes along the way. Every new cast brings new people, new memories, and usually plenty of laughs! When he’s not at the theater or hanging out with his newfound friends, you’ll find Shane playing video games, spending time with his dog, or biking around town.
And, of course, Shane’s favorite musical is Newsies—because who doesn’t love a good song, some big dance numbers, and a little bit of troublemaking?!

Nathan has been acting in musical theater since 3rd grade and he loves it. He looks forward to helping other kids love musical theater too. His favorite musical is Descendants the Musical. In his free time, he enjoys playing board games with his family and drinking Starbucks Frappuccinos.

Gabriella loves Centerstage and has performed in every musical they have done. She has been doing theater for almost four years and volunteered as a helper for two years. Tina enjoys spending time with children of all ages. She was a Girl Scout Co-Leader for 10 years for her daughter’s troop. This is her second year as a rehearsal assistant for the Monday night group. In her free time, she like to craft with her Cricut and watch action-comedy movies with her Husband. She loves to watch the kids learn and grow into each of their roles.

Fittingly, she now volunteers behind the scenes at rehearsals! She enjoys spending time with her kids, doing yoga, playing piano, tap dancing, baking, traveling, and watching theater, of course!
